Job Description
Safety Team Member (Nights)
Location:Edinburgh
Hours and, Rota: 42.5 hours per week. Safety Team Members work 5 night shifts out of 7 between the hours of 10/10.30pm and 7/7.30am. Shift pattern variations may apply.
Salary: £31,254 – £33,152 per annum (depending on experience), plus bonus and benefits.
The role
Join uS and be part of our friendly team. Your top priorities will be ensuring the safety of our students and employees, whilst delivering excellent customer service. From responding to emergencies, handling disputes and making our students feel at home, no two nights will be the same! As a Safety Team Member you will have the opportunity to make a real impact at work, enriching lives with meaningful interactions.
What you`ll be doing as a Safety Team Member:
- Patrolling multiple properties to keep our students and employees safe
- Acting as the first response to incidents and emergencies
- Helping students who are locked out of their rooms
- Providing outstanding customer service to our students
- Reporting on incidents electronically
