Maintenance Team Member

Wembley Full-Time 24900 - 29200 £ / year (est.) No home office possible

The role

will be expected to work an 8 hour shift between 8am and 8pm Monday – Sunday.

Salary: £28,958 – £35,039 per annum (depending on experience), plus bonus and benefits

Essential: A full driving licence valid for driving in the UK

What you`ll be doing as a Facilities Team Member

Resolving a variety of general maintenance issues and problems including basic plastering, window and door repairs, completing like-for-like electrical changes and basic plumbing

Responding to any Health and Safety related calls

Completing planned inspections and rectifying any remedial works

Logging any maintenance issues and follow up accordingly

What we`re looking for in you

You`ll have experience working within general maintenance, basic plumbing and electrical skills desireable

You`ll have experience within a customer facing role
