Our Finance Team is looking for an experienced Legal Entity Accountant to join our Group Reporting team in Bristol. This role focuses on statutory reporting and entity-level compliance across a large, complex group structure following the acquisition of Empiric Student Property PLC.
Key Responsibilities
- Producing statutory accounts for 100+ entities
- Supporting month-end reporting and reconciliations across 300+ entities
- Ensuring compliance with UK GAAP reporting standards
- Supporting JV accounting, reporting, and group recharges
- Assisting with finance system improvements and corporate structure projects
- Preparing reports for external bodies including the Office for National Statistics
What We’re Looking For
- ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified
- 3+ years experience in financial reporting or accounts production
- Strong UK GAAP knowledge
- Experience with complex group structures and multiple entities
- Advanced Excel skills
- Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
