As a Student Safety Team Member you will work 4 night shifts out of 7, between 10:00pm and 07:00am. Shift pattern variations may apply. Join us and be part of our friendly team. Your top priorities will be ensuring the safety of our students and employees, whilst delivering excellent customer service. From responding to emergencies, handling disputes and making our students feel at home, no two nights will be the same! As a Night Team Member you will have the opportunity to make a real impact at work, enriching lives with meaningful interactions.
What you’ll be doing as a Night Team Member:
- Building walks - Perform checks and inspections throughout the property
- Acting as the first response to incidents and emergencies
- Serve as the primary point of contact for residents and guests, offering exceptional service and support
- Helping students who are locked out of their rooms
- Reporting on incidents electronically
- Assist with checking flats for hygiene and cleanliness as needed, ensuring residents enjoy a safe and comfortable living environment
- Manage property bin stores, ensuring cleanliness and timely collection by contractors
- Completing ad-hoc maintenance and housekeeping duties
