Location: Pier Quays, Medway

Hours and Rota: 17 hours per week. Safety Team Member working 2 night shifts out of 7 between the hours of 10.00pm and 7.00am. Shift pattern variations may apply.

Salary: £12,502 - £13,260.80 per annum (depending on experience), plus bonus and benefits.

The role involves ensuring the safety of our students and employees, whilst delivering excellent customer service. Responsibilities include:

  • Patrolling multiple properties to keep our students and employees safe
  • Acting as the first response to incidents and emergencies
  • Helping students who are locked out of their rooms
  • Providing outstanding customer service to our students
  • Reporting on incidents electronically
