Facilities Team Member
Location: London South
Hours and Rota: 37.5 hours per week. The role will be expected to work an 8-hour shift between 8am and 8pm, Monday – Sunday.
Salary: £28,958 – £35,039 per annum (depending on experience), plus bonus and benefits.
Essential: A full driving license valid for driving in the UK.
What you\’ll be doing as a Facilities Team Member
- Resolving a variety of general maintenance issues including basic plastering, window and door repairs, electrical changes, and basic plumbing.
- Responding to Health and Safety related calls.
- Completing planned inspections and rectifying remedial works.
- Logging maintenance issues and following up accordingly.
- Delivering excellent customer service, as the student experience is a priority.
- Having experience in general maintenance, basic plumbing, and electrical skills is desirable.
- Having experience in a customer-facing role.
- Being comfortable with using technology.
- Having experience working in a team.
