Customer Experience Team Member Location: Unite Students Portsmouth Salary: £12,781.33- £13,522per annum (depending on experience), plus bonus and benefits Hours: 20 hours per week.Customer Experience Team Members work 3 days out of 7,between the hours of 7am and 10pm. From helping a locked-out student get back into their room, to recommending your favourite restaurant or organising a welcome party; the Customer Experience Team Member role will be extremely varied. What you`ll be doing as a Customer Experience Team Member: Providing a welcoming front of house reception service Conducting flat viewings, inspections, and leading sales conversations Planning and running events for our students What we`re looking for: A caring, warm person with a positive attitude An excellent communicator; as a Customer Experience Team Member you`ll be happy to chat to our students and answer their questions You`ll also have great time management and organisational skills What You`ll Get in Return
