Job Description

Customer Experience Team Member

Location: Cardiff

Salary: £15,097 – 16,008 per annum (depending on experience), plus bonus and benefits

Hours: 22.5 hours per week. Working weekends and one weekday, between the hours of 7am and 10pm. .

From helping a locked-out student get back into their room, to recommending your favourite restaurant or organising a welcome party; the Customer Experience Team Member role will be extremely varied. Expect no two days to be the same!

What you`ll be doing as a Customer Experience Team Member:

  • Providing a welcoming front of house reception service
  • Conducting flat viewings, inspections, and leading sales conversations
  • Planning and running events for our students

  • An excellent communicator; as a Customer Experience Team Member you`ll be happy to chat to our students and answer their questions
  • You`ll also have great time management and organisational skills
