We are Unite Students, the UK’s leading provider of purpose-built student accommodation. We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our fantastic People Team and support our operational recruitment across the North Division – covering the Midlands, Manchester, Liverpool, Leeds and Scotland.
This is a hybrid role, with travel across the division as required and occasional team meetings at our Bristol office (all travel fully covered). You’ll be joining a fun, fast‑paced TA team, playing a key role in delivering high‑volume recruitment across our front of house, housekeeping, facilities and operations management roles, helping us create a Home for Success for both our employees and students.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing end‑to‑end volume recruitment across multiple sites within the North Division
- Partnering with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver effective hiring solutions
- Building strong, trusted relationships with operational stakeholders across a geographically spread region
- Delivering a high‑quality, efficient and candidate‑focused recruitment experience
- Using a range of sourcing methods to attract talent, including direct sourcing and campaigns
- Managing and maintaining our Applicant Tracking System accurately
- Supporting and delivering recruitment campaigns and project work aligned to TA and People strategy
- Using data and insight to manage pipelines, track performance and identify improvements
- Acting as a trusted advisor to the business on all recruitment‑related matters
What We’re Looking for in You
- Proven experience in high‑volume recruitment, ideally within operational or fast‑paced environments
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
- Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively
- Resilience and ability to work at pace in a dynamic, ever‑changing environment
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset with a collaborative approach
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
- IT confident, including experience with ATS systems and MS Office
