We have an excellent opportunity within our Procurement & Financial Operations team for a Senior Finance Administrative Assistant to join the team. This role is central to the smooth running of key operational processes, supporting procurement, supplier management, corporate card systems, travel and expenses, fleet administration, and wider finance activities. You will ensure accurate and timely processing, maintain strong governance and compliance standards, and provide high-quality support to both internal stakeholders and external suppliers. You will also play an important part in driving continuous improvement by helping to maintain systems, documentation, and efficient, effective processes across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Raise, amend, and manage purchase orders in Oracle Fusion, resolving approval, coding, and receipting queries.
- Support supplier onboarding, maintenance, and updates, ensuring accurate records and completion of due diligence checks.
- Administer corporate card systems, including user setup, maintenance, compliance monitoring, and reporting.
- Support travel and expense systems, including user administration, audit checks, reporting, and query resolution.
- Assist with fleet administration, including compliance checks, incident reporting, and ongoing record management.
- Maintain procurement and supplier data integrity through system updates, catalogue maintenance, and data cleansing.
- Provide first-line system support, training, and guidance to internal users and suppliers.
About You
You will be highly organised with excellent attention to detail and experience in an administrative or finance support role. You are confident working with systems and data, and comfortable supporting a range of stakeholders across the business. You can manage multiple tasks and priorities in a structured and efficient way, and you take a proactive approach to problem‑solving and process improvement. Experience in procurement, finance systems, or supplier management would be beneficial but is not essential.
