We’re looking for an Operational Compliance Auditor to join our Risk and Assurance team, helping to ensure the highest standards of health, safety, fire and security compliance across our UK‑wide property portfolio. This is an exciting opportunity to work independently across a variety of locations, delivering operational compliance audits and partnering with teams across the business to identify improvements and drive positive change.

Responsibilities

  • Conducting operational compliance audits at properties across the UK
  • Supporting the development and delivery of our compliance audit programme
  • Identifying opportunities to strengthen controls and improve processes
  • Preparing reports and presenting findings to senior stakeholders
  • Building strong relationships to help deliver meaningful improvements

Qualifications

  • Experience conducting compliance audits
  • Strong planning and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • A proactive, self‑sufficient approach to work
