We’re looking for a Local Marketing Executive to join our Marketing team at Unite Students. Working closely with the Campaign Marketing Manager and city teams, you’ll help plan and deliver local marketing activity across our priority cities and properties, with a focus on new builds and asset management initiatives. From coordinating local campaigns and events to supporting Student Union partnerships and content creation, you’ll play a key role in driving local engagement and supporting commercial performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of local marketing campaigns across key cities and properties.
- Work with city teams to gather property USPs, local insights and event opportunities.
- Coordinate local marketing activity including open days, housing fairs and Student Union partnerships.
- Create scalable local marketing templates and brief creative assets to the design team.
- Support localised email and social activity alongside wider campaign plans.
- Help manage local marketing plans for priority challenge cities.
- Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement and lead generation.
- Support team administration, including managing the marketing inbox and raising purchase orders.
