We’re seeking passionate Flutter Developers with a solid technical foundation and a drive for creating exceptional mobile experiences. In this role you’ll work on a well-architected, business-critical app, built using modern Flutter practices. You’ll collaborate with product owners, designers, and fellow engineers to deliver features that meet the evolving needs of our users. Success in this role requires adaptability, attention to detail, and a commitment to technical excellence within an Agile environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Developing and maintaining our mobile app, ensuring it meets the highest standards of quality and performance.
  • Collaborating with designers and product owners to create market-leading solutions tailored to students' needs.
  • Writing clean, testable, and maintainable code using modern Flutter practices.
  • Reviewing pull requests, participating in code reviews, and contributing to technical discussions.
  • Continuously refining processes, estimations, and technical documentation.
  • Debugging and optimising app performance to deliver a seamless user experience.
  • Presenting progress and results to stakeholders.

What We’re Looking for in You

  • Demonstrable commercial software engineering experience using modern front-end technologies. Your experience doesn’t need to align exactly with the tech stack above.
  • Experience integrating with and understanding RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
  • Proficiency with Git Version Control understanding branching strategies and how they fit into the wider CICD pipelines.
