Scope of Works
- Managing roads and highways schemes from inception to completion
- Programme management including reading, reviewing and maintaining construction programmes
- Change management including variations, compensation events and scope changes
- Delivering complex highway improvement works in live traffic environments
- Managing site teams, subcontractors and suppliers
- Liaison with local authority clients, engineers and stakeholders
- Ensuring compliance with highway standards, permits and approvals
- Managing RAMS, traffic management and HSEQ requirements
- Progress reporting, cost control and handovers
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager on highways or roads schemes
- Strong background in highways infrastructure
- Experience working in live traffic environments
