An experienced Freelance Site Manager is required to manage a groundworks package on a new build industrial unit in Stockton-on-Tees. The works will include overseeing all groundworks activities from site set-up through to completion, working closely with subcontractors and the wider project team.

Scope of Works

  • Day-to-day site management of groundworks package
  • Managing earthworks, drainage, foundations and external works
  • Coordinating subcontractors, labour, plant and materials
  • Ensuring works are delivered safely, to programme and quality standards
  • Managing RAMS, permits and site H&S compliance
  • Liaison with client, engineers and project team
  • Maintaining site records and progress reporting

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager on groundworks packages
  • Background in civils / groundworks on commercial or industrial builds
  • SMSTS
  • CSCS
  • First Aid
