An experienced Freelance Site Manager is required to manage a groundworks package on a new build industrial unit in Stockton-on-Tees. The works will include overseeing all groundworks activities from site set-up through to completion, working closely with subcontractors and the wider project team.
Scope of Works
- Day-to-day site management of groundworks package
- Managing earthworks, drainage, foundations and external works
- Coordinating subcontractors, labour, plant and materials
- Ensuring works are delivered safely, to programme and quality standards
- Managing RAMS, permits and site H&S compliance
- Liaison with client, engineers and project team
