We are working with a leading client to appoint an experienced Senior Construction Manager to oversee the delivery of a major civil infrastructure and enabling works programme in West London. This is a client-side opportunity where you will be responsible for leading site delivery, managing Tier 1 contractors and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme and to the highest technical standards.
The Role
- Lead the delivery of major civil engineering and enabling works
- Oversee earthworks, drainage, utilities, piling, highways and external works
- Manage principal contractors and subcontractors across multiple work fronts
- Monitor programme, quality, health and safety
Experience
- Experience delivering complex civil engineering or infrastructure projects
- Strong background managing Tier 1 contractors on large-scale schemes
- Excellent knowledge of CDM 2015 and construction best practice
- Experience reviewing programmes using Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project
- Confident communicator with the ability to challenge contractors and influence project outcomes
