Typical schemes include steel frame warehouses, logistics hubs, and large-scale commercial units across the Yorkshire region. Role: As Project Manager, you will take ownership of projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring safe delivery, commercial control, and client satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include: * Leading project delivery, managing programme, cost, and quality * Overseeing site teams and subcontractors * Driving H&S compliance and company standards * Chairing progress meetings and liaising with clients/design teams * Managing project documentation, reporting, and forecasting * Providing leadership and mentorship to site staff Requirements: * Proven track record as a Project Manager in commercial or industrial build * Experience delivering steel frame construction projects valued £10m+ * Strong leadership, organisational, and client-facing skills * Excellent knowledge of construction methods, contracts, and regulations * SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid (essential) * Degree/HNC in Construction Management or Engineering (preferred) What’s on Offer: * Salary between £68,000 – £80,000 DOE * Vehicle / Allowance + Benefits Package * Opportunity to join a reputable contractor with a strong pipeline of projects
