Project Manager

Location: Nationwide/ Peterborough based

Salary: £55k - £60k, based on experience

Our client is looking to hire an experienced shop fit Project Manager to lead retail fit-out projects nationwide. Predominantly site based with 1 day per week in the Peterborough office. The ideal candidate would have experience in managing multiple sites and will oversee all aspects of project delivery, including planning, budgeting, coordination, and client communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle of retail fit-out projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, supply chain partners, and suppliers.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any issues or delays promptly.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, submitting all required certifications and instructing teams to complete remedial works.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in project management within the retail fit-out.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
