Experienced General Foreman required for a long-term freelance role on a major civils project near Swaffham. You will play a key role in managing key civils and structural packages from early works through to superstructure.
Location: Swaffham
Engagement: Outside IR35 / CIS

Rate: £330–£370/day
Scope Includes:
- Earthworks & drainage
- RC structures & concrete bases
- Steel frame buildings
- External cladding & envelope works
Role:
- Oversee daily site operations and subcontractors
- Drive progress and productivity to meet programme milestones
- Maintain high HSE standards (toolbox talks, inductions, RAMS)
- Liaise with engineers, supervisors & site management team
- Maintain accurate records, reporting, and daily diaries
Requirements:
- CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid
- Strong background in civils & industrial projects
- Experience managing both groundworks and structural packages
- Able to read drawings and support QA on site
