Your Key Responsibilities:
- Inputting site operational information into relevant spreadsheets
- Document Control
- Inputting site allocation data into relevant spreadsheets - staff, labour, materials & plant
- Uploading site documents to BC - working with the SB3 document control team
- Maintain and update office notice boards with relevant information
- Co-ordinate with the internal training and competency team and relay training course requirements to site operatives
- Perform general office duties such as ordering office supplies
- Daily input and management of hours worked for all site operatives and site staff, and feeding into People Allocation Sheet
- Daily updating Plant/Equipment Allocation Sheet
- Collection and submission of Plant and Equipment Maintenance Sheets
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience as an Administrator in the construction industry.
- Located near Iver Heath
- Valid UK driving licence.
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team.
