Unite People Build is looking to assign a Freelance Quantity Surveyor on behalf of one of our key construction clients in the North East, Newcastle area on a construction project. This is a part-time assignment for 3 days per week.

This role would suit someone either looking for a 3 day per week contract or a QS that is already committed to 2 days per week with another contractor and seeking another part-time contract.

  • Outside of IR35 subject to Status Determination Statement questionnaire
  • Knowledge of construction interiors packages preferred
  • Circa 9 month contract
  • £330 to £370 per shift
