We are currently recruiting for an experienced Freelance Site Supervisor to support the delivery of residential infrastructure works on a development in the Hull area. The role will involve supervising the delivery of roads, sewers and associated infrastructure packages within a live residential development environment. This opportunity is with a well-established civil engineering contractor delivering projects across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Day-to-day supervision of residential infrastructure works
- Supporting the Site Manager with delivery of roads and sewers packages
- Supervising subcontractors and site teams
- Ensuring works are delivered safely and in line with programme
- Liaising with engineers, site teams and subcontractors
- Maintaining site documentation and compliance standards
Requirements
- Experience working on residential infrastructure / roads & sewers schemes
- Civil engineering background
- SSSTS or SMSTS
- CSCS
- First Aid (preferred)
- Ability to coordinate subcontractors and maintain site standards
Additional Information
- £240 – £270 per day (CIS) – Permanent employment also available
- Approx. 10 month freelance assignment
