An experienced Freelance Project Manager is required to oversee a major groundworks and infrastructure package on a large-scale construction development near Darlington. Working for an established and respected groundworks contractor, the successful Project Manager will take responsibility for the delivery of a £7–8 million package of works, managing operational delivery, programme performance, subcontractor coordination and client liaison throughout the project lifecycle. This role is ideally suited to a Project Manager with a strong background delivering large-scale groundworks packages and infrastructure works for specialist groundworks businesses.

- Managing a £7–8 million groundworks package

- SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
