A specialist utilities and infrastructure contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Civils Supervisor / Foreman to oversee planned and reactive sewer maintenance works across Yorkshire. This is a permanent role offering long-term stability, local work and responsibility for managing multiple gangs operating on live drainage networks.
The Role
- Responsible for the day-to-day supervision of multiple gangs, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to programme, including:
- Overseeing multiple site gangs carrying out sewer maintenance works
- Managing both planned and reactive drainage activities
- Ensuring compliance with RAMS, permits and HSEQ standards
- Coordinating labour, plant and materials across sites
- Liaising with clients, site teams and operations management
- Maintaining quality, productivity and response times

- Planned sewer maintenance
- Reactive drainage and emergency response works
- Confined space and live network environments
- Associated civils and reinstatement works
About You
- Proven experience as a Civils Supervisor or Foreman
- Strong background in drainage and sewer works
- Experience managing multiple gangs across multiple sites
- Confident working in reactive environments

- CSCS
- First Aid
- Confined Space (desirable)
