As a Customer Service Representative, you will be part of our international customer service team. As the first point of contact, you will support our English-speaking customers with inquiries regarding their orders on our platform.

Your role:

  • Cultivate customer relationships: You are the first point of contact when it comes to questions about the orders, and work empathically with our international customers to find the right solution.
  • Act in a connected way: As a valuable link between customers and suppliers, you ensure the smooth processing of orders from item search to returns.
  • Breaking new grounds: You take customer inquiries about orders and are also a competent intermediary for cross-topic issues. Through your individual support, you provide our customers with the best possible shopping experience.
  • Design processes: You actively shape the processes in your team and therefore have a direct influence on customer satisfaction.

Languages: You are fluent in English, enabling you to handle daily communication with confidence; German would be a plus.

Know-how: Ideally, you have commercial training and initial experience in customer service or a similar customer-oriented role.

Personality: You are a strong communicator and have a good feel for customer needs. You find it easy to respond to customers individually.

Act digitally: You have a sound knowledge of MS Office and the motivation to familiarise yourself with new IT systems.
