We’re looking for an Operational Compliance Auditor to join our Risk and Assurance team, helping to ensure the highest standards of health, safety, fire and security compliance across our UK-wide property portfolio. This is an exciting opportunity to work independently across a variety of locations, delivering operational compliance audits and partnering with teams across the business to identify improvements and drive positive change. This role will primarily support our properties across York, Sheffield, and Birmingham, so a driving licence would be ideal.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Conducting operational compliance audits at properties across the UK
  • Supporting the development and delivery of our compliance audit programme
  • Identifying opportunities to strengthen controls and improve processes
  • Preparing reports and presenting findings to senior stakeholders
  • Building strong relationships to help deliver meaningful improvements
