We are looking for a customer‑focused individual to join our International Sales team on a fixed‑term contract through to the end of August 2027. This role is focused on delivering a high standard of service to international students, agents, and customers, while working collaboratively with colleagues across the business.

Working Hours & Shift Pattern

  • 37.5 hours per week
  • 5‑day working week between Monday and Sunday
  • Includes some weekend and Bank Holiday working
  • Shifts are 7.5 hours per day between 6:00am and 8:00pm
  • Early shifts begin at 6:00am
  • Late shifts usually finish at 6:00pm, with occasional shifts ending at 8:00pm

Location

This is a hybrid role, primarily working from home. Attendance at our London office will be required for training and occasional meetings. Some travel within the UK may also be required from time to time.

What you’ll be doing

  • Provide excellent customer service to international students and agents, supporting them with accommodation bookings and enquiries across phone, email, WeChat, and webchat.
  • Build positive relationships with students, agents, and colleagues while handling queries, complaints, and follow‑ups professionally and efficiently.
  • Process bookings, payments, and general administration tasks, ensuring all customer information is accurate and compliant with GDPR regulations.
  • Support sales and marketing campaigns while helping to improve sales performance across B2B and B2C channels.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to support wider business goals and share market feedback.

Essential

  • Native Chinese speaker with fluent written and spoken Mandarin.
  • Ability to communicate professionally and confidently with customers and colleagues.
  • Flexible approach to working hours to support customers in China when required.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and general computer systems.
  • Previous experience in a customer service, sales, or administrative role.
  • Positive, adaptable, and self‑motivated approach to work.

Desirable

  • Experience within the accommodation, hospitality, or education sectors.
  • Maintain high standards of productivity, accuracy, and customer satisfaction while meeting team KPIs and company policies.
