Hours and Rota
31.5 hours per week. Safety Team Members work 3 night shifts out of 7 between the hours of 8/8.30pm and 7/7.30am. Shift pattern variations may apply.
Salary
£23,165 – £24,571 per annum (depending on experience), plus bonus and benefits.
The role
Join uS and be part of our friendly team. Your top priorities will be ensuring the safety of our students and employees, whilst delivering excellent customer service. From responding to emergencies, handling disputes and making our students feel at home, no two nights will be the same! As a Safety Team Member you will have the opportunity to make a real impact at work, enriching lives with meaningful interactions.
Responsibilities
- Patrolling multiple properties to keep our students and employees safe
- Acting as the first response to incidents and emergencies
- Helping students who are locked out of their rooms
- Providing outstanding customer service to our students
- Reporting on incidents electronically

- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Calm under pressure, approachable and fair
- Confident working alone and comfortable working as part of a team
