Our Capital Projects team have an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to join us at our Bristol office. Capital Projects are key to supporting the growth, sustainability, and operational needs of Unite Students by investing in the physical infrastructure and facilities of the estate. The delivery of the Capital Investment Plan is intended to create, upgrade, and maintain assets with long-term value. The purpose of a Capital Projects Team is to manage and oversee the planning, execution, and completion of the Capital Projects Plan across the Estate. The Capital Projects Team will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and provide assurance that all required quality, compliance and regulatory standards are met. The purpose of this role is to evaluate and manage risks and lead the design development process on projects from the identification of risk and due diligence, developing detailed scope, gaining planning permission, tendering and appointment of contractor.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Deliver complex projects across the portfolio; including but not limited to, Refurbishments, Asset enhancements, External facade, Safety focused.
