Reporting to the Senior Supplier Relationship Manager, this is an exciting opportunity for a Procurement Coordinator to play a key role in supporting Supplier Relationship Management activities while working closely with a dynamic Procurement team. This position offers broad exposure across a range of procurement initiatives, providing valuable hands‑on experience and a strong foundation for career development within the field. It’s an ideal role for someone looking to build their expertise and progress within procurement.
We’re looking for someone who is proactive and enthusiastic about working with both internal and external stakeholders, with a genuine interest in data and the ability to analyse and interpret it to support decision‑making.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Support Supplier relationship Management in data capture and input to support relevant reporting / workstreams
- Attend / Lead cross functional Supplier performance reviews
- Take day to day ownership for the procurement intranet hub pages to ensure the provision of a quality self‑serve reference support to the wider business
- Support the Data Analyst with reporting and related administrative activities as required
- Support any identified procurement benchmarking activities / projects to validate service quality and commercial opportunities
- Identify, develop and maintain key valued stakeholder relationships to drive continuous improvement initiatives for all procurement processes, particularly within the operational (24/7) functions
