Unite Students is seeking an Asset Manager to own a regional portfolio, based in Bristol or London, reporting to the Head of Asset & Fund Management.
You will develop and deliver investment strategies to maximise performance, support group strategy and drive value across PBSA assets.
The role involves shaping capital priorities, asset enhancements, rental growth and strong stakeholder engagement with university partners and cross-functional teams.
Travel across the UK will be expected.
