The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 £ per year.

Hours: 37.5 hours per week. Leasing Associates work 5 days out of 7, between the hours of 8am and 8pm. Weekends will be required on a rota basis.

The role involves delivering an outstanding leasing journey whilst providing excellent customer service. As a Leasing Associate, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact at work, enriching lives with meaningful interactions. In this BTR environment, you'll be supporting a diverse community of residents, building long-term relationships and ensuring they feel at home from the moment they enquire through to move-in and beyond.

What you'll be doing as a Leasing Associate:

  • Manage all new enquiries, viewings and the lettings process, including renewals.
  • Manage the resident contracting process, ensuring compliance with all standards, legislation and Unite processes, controls and policies.
  • Manage applicant checks, including referencing, ensuring that applicants are correctly screened and commercial risk managed.
  • Undertake inspections of both occupied and vacant properties, to ensure apartments are maintained at the required standard, reporting breaches or maintenance issues.
  • Manage Rightmove listings: Regularly monitor how many and for how long properties are online.
  • Complete weekly competitor analysis on the local market.
  • Prepare show homes for viewings.
  • Support the ongoing function of the office and availability to residents by manning phones, lobby spaces and adopting different roles if required due to holiday cover.
  • Organise and attend events held for residents.
  • Act as a positive ambassador for the Unite Group offer at all available opportunities.
  • Assist team members with ad hoc tasks where required.
