Salary and Hours

Salary: £25,163 per annum, plus bonus and benefits

Hours: 37.5 hours per week. Customer Experience Team Members work 5 days out of 7, between 7am and 10pm. Weekends are required on a rota basis.

From helping a student regain access to their room to recommending restaurants or organizing welcome events, the Customer Experience Team Member role is highly varied. No two days are the same!

Responsibilities

  • Providing a welcoming front of house reception service
  • Conducting flat viewings, inspections, and leading sales conversations
  • Planning and organizing events for students

Candidate Profile

  • A caring, warm individual with a positive attitude
  • An excellent communicator, comfortable chatting with students and answering questions
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
