At Unite Students, we're excited to have an opportunity to join our Contact Centre as a Support Hub Sales Team Advisor.

You'll support both new and existing customers in finding the right home from our portfolio of over 160 properties across the UK.

Through phone, email, and webchat, you ll deliver an outstanding customer experience while understanding each customer's needs and recommending the most suitable options.

This is a fast-paced, target-driven role where you'll manage multiple customer conversations simultaneously, build strong relationships, and work towards achieving monthly revenue targets.

  • Delivering exceptional customer service via phone, email, and webchat.
  • Matching customers with the right home from our UK property portfolio.
  • Managing multiple customer enquiries in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Converting enquiries into bookings and achieving monthly sales targets.
  • Providing accurate advice and promoting the Unite Students brand.
  • Keeping customer records up to date and ensuring GDPR compliance.
  • Escalating complex queries where needed and contributing ideas to improve the customer experience.

  • A confident communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in a sales and/or customer service role.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Skilled at building rapport, understanding customer needs, and recommending the right solutions.
