Our Capital Projects team has an exciting opportunity for a Project Coordinator to join us at our Bristol office. This role sits within the Capital Projects team, supporting the successful planning and delivery of investment projects across the portfolio. You will help ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality, compliance, and safety. Acting as a key link between project delivery teams, stakeholders, and external partners, you will contribute to the smooth and efficient execution of the capital programme.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high‑quality coordination and administrative support across Capital Projects delivery
- Support project managers and ensure adherence to processes, compliance, and regulatory standards
- Monitor project documentation, audits, and reporting to maintain accuracy and consistency
- Act as a central point of communication between internal teams and external contractors
- Coordinate post‑project reviews, feedback, and defect tracking to drive continuous improvement
- Maintain and develop project processes, ensuring best practice across the portfolio
About You
- Experience supporting or coordinating construction or capital projects
- Strong understanding of project management fundamentals
- Commercial awareness with experience managing budgets or costs
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Confident using Microsoft Office and producing clear reports
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
