We are looking for an Operational Compliance Auditor to join our Risk and Assurance team, helping to ensure the highest standards of health, safety, fire and security compliance across our UK-wide property portfolio. This is an exciting opportunity to work independently across a variety of locations, delivering operational compliance audits and partnering with teams across the business to identify improvements and drive positive change.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Conducting operational compliance audits at properties across the UK
  • Supporting the development and delivery of our compliance audit programme
  • Identifying opportunities to strengthen controls and improve processes
  • Preparing reports and presenting findings to senior stakeholders
  • Building strong relationships to help deliver meaningful improvements
