An exciting and growing Consumer business is looking to appoint a Senior Commercial Finance Manager, who will business partner the Marketing function on a 12‑month maternity cover basis.

The successful Senior Commercial Finance Manager will challenge and support way of working, ensuring that the Marketing team drives things forward in the right way and from a Finance perspective. You will also partner closely with the CCO, providing excellent exposure.

Responsibilities:
  • Partner with the Marketing Leadership team ensuring the right decisions are made, recommending business opportunities to create value.
  • Provide insightful reporting around the data to grow initiatives the business has.
  • Communicate finance effectively to non‑finance stakeholders.
  • Oversee the budget and forecasts with regular ‘explanation’ sessions with the Marketing teams.
  • Line‑manage a team of 2.
Qualifications:
  • CIMA, ACA, ACCA qualified with solid PQE experience.
  • Ideally Consumer‑related industry experience (Retail/FMCG/Tech).
  • Strong communication and influencing skills.
  • Able to lead a team and drive change.
