An exciting PE backed Consumer business who are currently on an impressive journey of growth are currently looking to appoint a Commercial FP&A Manager. The role will have a large degree of ownership and is a real chance for someone to progress through the ranks quickly.
Some of the responsibilities for the successful Commercial FP&A Manager:
- Lead the annual budget planning process, collaborating with senior department heads across the business
- Produce achievable budgets, as well as identifying areas of opportunities
- Develop and maintain budget models, ensuring accuracy and consistency
- Support monthly re-forecasts
- Provide actionable insights into future performance
- Analyse forecast variances and identify potential risks and opportunities
- Lead the development of the company’s strategic financial plan
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support strategic initiatives
- Develop financial models to evaluate different strategic scenarios
- Collaborate with senior management (CEO, CFO) to translate strategy into numbers
