Job Purpose

As our Senior Performance & Optimisation Consultant, you'll proactively help customers improve business performance, adoption and value realisation across their full journey with U4F by Coda.

Working pre and post go live, you'll spot performance risks and optimisation opportunities early, combining Saa S expertise, process thinking, data insight and hands on AI experience to help customers get more value from Unit4.

You'll work alongside a Support Specialist and a Database Administrator, giving customers a proactive performance and optimisation capability.

  • Accountabilities & Responsibilities
  • Run proactive performance reviews and customer health checks across implementation, transition and live service.
  • Assess pre go live readiness across business process, adoption, data and productivity.
  • Spot performance risks and improvement opportunities before they become escalations.
  • Set baselines and success criteria tied to adoption and value realisation goals.
  • Analyse post go live adoption and process data to recommend clear, actionable improvements.
  • Advise customers on practical ways to use AI to automate work and boost productivity.
  • Partner with Customer Success, Consulting, Support, Managed Services and Product to drive measurable outcomes.
  • Build repeatable playbooks and templates, and track the impact of your work.

Qualifications

Experience Requirements

  • 8+ years in business consulting, operational excellence, customer success, performance optimisation, or Saa S/ERP consulting.
  • Strong Saa S expertise: adoption, value realisation, retention and customer health.
  • A track record of improving customer business processes and outcomes.
  • Practical experience using AI to automate work and drive measurable results.
  • Strong stakeholder management, including influencing senior leaders and customer executives.
  • Required Tools and Technology
  • Microsoft 365, including Teams, Excel, Power Point and Word.
  • Power BI or equivalent for reporting and data visualisation.
  • Hands on use of AI productivity tools, such as Microsoft Copilot.
  • Experience with ERP, HCM, FP&A or adjacent Saa S platforms.
  • Required Skills
  • A flair for customer lifecycle thinking: driving adoption, value realisation and long term customer health.
  • Business process optimisation, with an eye for turning clunky workflows into slick ones.
  • AI enabled productivity improvement and a sharp instinct for spotting automation opportunities.
  • Data storytelling: turning numbers into insight people actually act on.
  • Change management savvy and the confidence to advise customers as a trusted partner.

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent professional experience in Business, Technology, Finance, Analytics or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications (Saa S customer success, process improvement, Lean Six Sigma) are a plus.

  • One of three in the U4F by Coda team, alongside a Support Specialist and a Database Administrator.
  • Together you deliver proactive performance and technical support before and after go live.
  • You'll act as an advisory partner, not a reactive support escalation point.
