  • Talented colleagues: The opportunity to work alongside and learn from people across strategy, finance, product, and GTM in a fast-moving enterprise software environment.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in an analytical or strategy-focused role (such as strategy consulting, corporate development, investment banking, FP&A, or a similar function) ideally prior to or alongside postgraduate study; technology or software experience a plus.
  • Excel & analytical skills: Strong modelling skills with the ability to define and execute analyses with minimal supervision; proven ability to distil complex data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Communication: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; able to convey complex concepts to senior stakeholders concisely and with confidence.
  • Visual communication: Can visualise an idea on a page without extensive guidance.
  • Project management: Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously, exercise sound judgement under time pressure, and keep cross-functional stakeholders aligned.
  • Results orientation: Delivers high-quality work on time; detail-oriented without losing sight of the broader strategic picture.
  • Self-starter: Proactive, goal-oriented, exercises judgement; doesn't wait to be told what the next step is; thrives in a fast-moving environment and adapts quickly to changing priorities.
