The Opportunity
We are establishing a specialist, vertically aligned sales team to accelerate growth across our enterprise market. As Sales Director for U4F, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the commercial strategy, driving both new business and expansion opportunities while leading a talented team across multiple regions.

Job Description
What You Will Do
- Lead & scale a high‐performing sales organisation across key geographies, fostering a culture of accountability, performance, and customer‐first thinking.
- Own the U4F revenue strategy — including territory design, sales motions, pipeline discipline, forecasting, and quota achievement.
- Drive sustainable ARR growth, balancing new customer acquisition with expansion and retention in our existing enterprise accounts.
- Partner cross‐functionally with Marketing, RevOps, Product, Customer Success, and Finance to ensure tight alignment and high‐quality execution.
- Represent U4F commercially, building senior‐level relationships with customers, prospects, and partners.
- Champion modernisation and transformation, ensuring our sales approach reflects the product vision and evolving market expectations.
- Develop talent, supporting hiring, coaching, and career development as we build out the dedicated U4F team.
Qualifications
What You Bring
- Proven experience as a senior sales leader owning and delivering against revenue targets in enterprise SaaS, ERP, financial management, or complex B2B software.
- A track record of leading multi‐region teams and delivering strong, predictable revenue performance.
- Deep understanding of enterprise finance buyers, competitive landscapes, and modern SaaS commercial practices.
- Ability to set strategy and execute — equally comfortable shaping the vision, building processes, and rolling up your sleeves.
- Strong cross‐functional collaboration skills with an ability to influence at executive level.
- A passion for building teams, shaping culture, and inspiring performance.
- Resilience, pragmatism, and a growth mindset with the comfort to move quickly and iterate, suited to a business stepping into a new and exciting phase.
