  • Bring the voice of the customer back into Product, Engineering, and Customer Experience teams to influence continuous product and service improvements.
  • Act as a trusted adviser on financial process optimisation, reporting best practices, and digital transformation initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Experience working with Unit4 Financials (U4F), Unit4 ERP, or comparable enterprise financial management platforms.
  • Strong understanding of core finance processes, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Budgeting and Forecasting, Financial Reporting, Period-End and Year-End Processes.
  • Ability to translate product capabilities into measurable business value and guide customers towards achieving strategic business outcomes.
  • Confidence working with customers on adoption, optimisation, process improvement, and value realisation initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret customer data, identify trends, and recommend practical improvements.
  • Experience with financial reporting, analytics dashboards, data structures, and reporting tools.
  • Ability to turn ambiguous customer needs into clear recommendations, action plans, and success outcomes.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with Finance leaders, business users, CSMs, Product, Support, Consulting, and Engineering teams.
