Job Purpose
As our Senior Performance & Optimisation Consultant, you'll proactively help customers improve business performance, adoption and value realisation across their full journey with U4F by Coda.
Working pre and post go live, you'll spot performance risks and optimisation opportunities early, combining SaaS expertise, process thinking, data insight and hands on AI experience to help customers get more value from Unit4.
You'll work alongside a Support Specialist and a Database Administrator, giving customers a proactive performance and optimisation capability.
Accountabilities & Responsibilities
- Run proactive performance reviews and customer health checks across implementation, transition and live service.
- Assess pre go live readiness across business process, adoption, data and productivity.
- Spot performance risks and improvement opportunities before they become escalations.
- Set baselines and success criteria tied to adoption and value realisation goals.
