We’re looking for a People Experience Advisor Intern to join our Shared Services Center in Lisbon and support our global People Experience team. This internship is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in modern HR practices, contribute to international HR operations, and help shape the future of employee experience at Unit4.
What You’ll Do
- Support administrative tasks related to the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, time and absence, offboarding, document generation, etc.
- Handle employee queries with professionalism and clarity.
- Learn and follow standardized operational processes, escalating complex matters to experienced Advisors and Payroll Specialists.
- Assist with data entry and maintenance in systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Help build and maintain process documentation and knowledge base articles.
- Collaborate with People Experience colleagues across regions to ensure consistency in support delivery.
Qualifications
- You are currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources, Psychology, Accounting, Management, or a related field.
- You have a genuine interest in HR and a passion for supporting employees.
- You are detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- You have strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- You are tech-savvy and comfortable working with MS Office tools.
- You enjoy working in a collaborative, multicultural environment.
- You have previous work experience in any area.
- You are curious, adaptable, and eager to learn about the People Experience function and its impact.
