Our job in Solution Consulting is to understand our customers’ business challenges and to accurately show how Unit4 solutions can solve these through value driven outcomes. To attain the best possible solution, you will spend time researching and discovering the business challenges and desired outcomes. You will understand the customer, challenge them, and become their voice in the sales process. You will delight and inspire our customers to help shape and deliver value driven outcomes. You are a trusted advisor who will naturally lead our customers and colleagues.
You will gradually evolve to be an expert in Unit4 solutions, understanding and selling the value of Unit4 solutions and why Unit4 is different from other suppliers in the marketplace. You love technology and are driven to find the best possible solutions for our customers. Your integrity and expertise set you apart from other roles in sales; customers will trust your advice and Unit4 professional services will believe in the vision you create for customers during the bid stages.
You will be involved with a wide range of activities including but not limited to:
- Business cases
- Discovery sessions
- Solution demonstrations
- Tenders and RFPs
- Handovers to implementation teams
- Onboarding
- Partnership working
- Subject matter expert groups
- Product focused development
To be successful in this role you need to:
- Be a customer focused, detail-oriented professional, able to think quickly and analytically to find the right solution to a problem.
- Have a strong background in either sales or pre-sales supporting project-driven commercial customers.
- Like challenges and are looking for a role that is varied and ever changing.
- Have experience in leading customer meetings and workshop sessions.
- Have experience and interest in SaaS business and technology with an understanding of information security.
- Be passionate about technology, where your curiosity combined with a desire to learn has made you a go-to person in your current role.
- Be self-motivated and an excellent collaborator, comfortable both taking the lead and working as part of the wider solution consulting team and the other Unit4 teams.
- See yourself as an ambassador, representing Unit4 with integrity, professionalism, and courtesy, and advocating positively for the company’s products and services.
- Proficient English language skills, both spoken and written, is a requirement in this role.
