Provide assistance and support to our customers using Unit4 Time & Expenses. Handle daily inquiries from customers through our customer portal. Troubleshoot and identify root causes of issues that arise. Offer advice and guidance to ensure optimal use of our solutions.
Qualifications
- Service-oriented and able to listen and communicate clearly in fluent Norwegian and English.
- Experience in customer service and support.
- Strong technical understanding and troubleshooting skills.
- Curious and enjoys solving various problems.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a busy environment.
- Strong desire to have satisfied customers and go the extra mile to achieve it.
- Structured, solution-oriented, and values good documentation and routines.
- Interest in general IT, preferably with knowledge of travel and time management.
- Experience with Unit4 T&E or similar solutions is a plus, but not required.
- Knowledge of how databases work, and familiarity with SQL and APIs is highly beneficial.
