As our Forecasting & Reporting Manager, you’ll leverage your expertise in analytics, forecasting, and data-driven decision-making to drive the success of this ambitious project. Collaborating with cross-functional teams and senior leaders, you’ll develop insightful reporting tools, identify trends, and ensure a seamless migration process. Your work will directly impact the success of our cloud strategy, setting a new standard in enterprise technology.

Responsibilities & Accountabilities
- Develop and maintain standardised reporting templates and KPIs to measure in-delivery migration success
- Detailed cloud migration macro level tracking against defined KPIs for pipeline and in-delivery projects
- Identify any trends or potential blockers to report into Proactive Interventions Manager
- Drive ownership to resolve data quality and hygiene issues across the business
- Consolidate regular reports the Cloud Forecasting & Reporting Lead to provide high level migration progress and performance updates
- Collaborate with other CMOO roles to ensure data accuracy and relevance
- Act as the data product owner for all of cloud migration
Key interfaces and ways of working
- Work closely with the Cloud Resource Management Manager to align resource forecasts with project needs.
- Interface with the Cloud Migrations Operations Director to provide insights and updates influencing strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate data collection and reporting.
- Use data-driven approaches to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
- Works closely with project managers to track the progress of ongoing migrations and provide insights on potential risks
Qualifications
Skills, knowledge and experience:
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills to identify trends and extract actionable insights to inform decision making and process improvements
- Strong attention to detail to drive high standards of data integrity
- Strong communication skills and ability to present complex data and trends in a clear, concise and visually engaging format for technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Capability to build and manipulate data models for advanced forecasting and strategic planning
- Knowledge of cloud migration methodologies
