As a New Business Account Manager, you’ll play a critical role in driving digital transformation for scale‑ups, mid‑market organizations, and category leaders in the Professional Services sector. Your mission? To introduce Unit4’s cutting‑edge ERP Financial and HCM solutions to new clients, secure new high‑value logos, and empower your clients to unlock their full potential. This is a senior role where your impact will be immense. While the position is remote, your focus will be on the UK region.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategy and Execution: Design and implement a winning new business sales strategy to achieve and exceed ambitious targets in the Professional Services vertical.
  • Sales Process Ownership: Lead complex sales processes end‑to‑end, engaging cross‑functional teams—pre‑sales, value engineering, marketing, and beyond—to deliver exceptional client outcomes.
  • C‑suite Influence: Deliver compelling presentations to C‑level executives, addressing their most pressing challenges and showcasing how our solutions drive measurable results.
  • Be the Catalyst: Help prospects envision the transformative impact of our solutions, turning hesitation into enthusiasm.
