Your role as Digital Workplace Pre-sales Solution Architect:
- Gather and analyse client requirements (RFI/ RFP/RFQ) and volumetrics (e.g. locations, SLA’s, contacts and events count, AHT, ToT, etc).
- Set solution and pricing strategy, work independently to develop effort and cost estimates including assumptions, risk and contingency approach.
- Develop client facing proposals including service overview, technology architecture, detailed service description and client benefits/outcomes.
- Lead the solution reviews and obtain approvals from key stakeholders prior to submission.
- Participate in client facing meetings (solution presentation, solution workshops) and contract negotiations, develop client SoW.
You will be successful in this role if you have:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or technology or equivalent.
- 8 to 10 years’ experience in End User Managed Services/Digital Workplace Services (e.g. End User Service Desk, Field Services and Supply Chain, End User Device Management, Productivity and Collaboration), pre-sales solution architect preferred.
- Good understanding of competitive landscape, products and/or services.
- Excellent communication, analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience in pre-sales solution design for end user services, proposal development, design review & design trade off decisions, winning theme development, and presentation skills.
- Experience developing cost/benefit analysis and determining the risk associated with a given solution.
