Unisys is offering an exciting opportunity to join our four-year Technical Degree Apprenticeship Programme, designed for ambitious individuals who are passionate about technology and eager to build a successful career in IT. Based full-time at our Milton Keynes office, you will gain valuable hands-on experience across a range of technical disciplines while studying towards a recognised university degree one day per week. What You'll Do
- Technical Support
- Assist with troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Support the resolution of network connectivity and system configuration problems.
- Help manage and maintain company devices and technology assets.
- Provide first-line technical support to users and teams.
- Software Development
- Develop and maintain basic code, scripts and internal applications.
- Support software testing activities and help identify defects.
- Participate in code reviews and learn secure coding practices.
- Gain experience using modern development tools and version control systems.
- Data Analysis and Reporting
- Produce reports, dashboards and visualisations using tools such as Excel and Power BI.
- Support data-driven decision-making across business teams.
- Networking and Infrastructure Support
- Assist with the installation, configuration and maintenance of network infrastructure.
- Monitor system and network performance to identify potential issues.
- Support troubleshooting activities related to hardware, networking and security.
- Project and Business Support
- Assist with project coordination, planning and progress tracking.
- Conduct research and gather information for reports and presentations.
- Support business teams by organising and maintaining project documentation.
